  Called about ten times and got the same answer each time “the person who schedules appointments isn’t in office at the moment” and anytime they call me back as soon as I pick up they hang up. As soon as they heard that we had a bed problem they just didn’t wanna deal with us. Luckily for us we got rid of them ourselves and didn’t have to deal with ratchet customer service people
