  First off the price I paid for the LG Refrigerator was excellent. The Free Shipping was good, however they sent the product to another State and the shipper was unable to deliver with a straight truck and I had to go out of my way to arrange pickup of the product. The Extended Warranty I purchased through their website has not been issued yet and I have called the Extended Warranty Company!
  
  All in All I probably won't buy from them again.
